Early Mountain Storm

The mountains are all snowcapped now. We expect more, much more, will be piled up in

the near future.

Pumpkin Patch Oct 07

Travis and Kristen took the girls and us to the pumpkin patch near Sequim. Had a great

time. Petted the pigs and walked through the pumpkin fields where hundreds of pumpkin

were still on the vines.

Omaha Beach Memorial

We were able to visit the site of the beaches

where our troops landed on 6 June 44. The

memorial signifies this is the center of the

landing area.

Well, here we are finally. Decided to try and get this blog thing
going. It is getting overcast here this morning and the temp is
about 41 degrees, brrrr !! Sure am glad I covered the
tomatoes last night with plastic. Got some rain last night, but
we can use it.
